So-Young Kang held a special workshop for the HBS (Harvard Business School) Women’s Club in Singapore on May 1, 2010. We had a very open discussion with the amazing women who attended, and had time to reflect and share what it means to live fully in our strengths as women and how these strengths relate to our core values as individuals.

This workshop explored individual, unique talents and how to develop them into strengths in order to maximize them and increase their overall impact and effectiveness. The workshop was very focused on how to use individual talents in a way that is aligned to personal values. This was an interactive workshop and discussion where people walked away with very specific ideas on how to start living more fully in their strengths.

What some of our participants had to say:

“Well done! Gained much insight about how to work/leverage on my strengths in terms of values/character.”

“Everything was delivered effectively and for me, it was provocative enough to start me thinking AND acting.”

[I will] try to focus less on selfish use of my strengths.”

    Sounds brilliant!

Glad to see the Awaken Team is doing so well.

I was in London for Coaching and spent my birthday week with 12 of my family in a village ‘Saint Maulvis’ in France. It was a great experience. My daughter Kavita who is with the LSE and BBC organized this for me! The advantages of old age.

    Good luck.
