Dave Gibbons led two workshops at the Exponential Conference held on April 19-22, 2010 in Orlando, FL. One of Dave’s workshops was focused on the topic of “third culture” which is about painful adaptation through the fusion of multiple cultures, adaptation, dialogue and diplomacy, and the embrace of discomfort as part of the journey to real community.
